Returns & Cancellations

Returns can only be authorized if there is a valid reason (see below). If you wish to request an authorization for return, please email us immediately at explaining the reasons for your dissatisfaction. Be sure to include your order number in any communication.

Valid Reasons for Return

  • Wrong wine was sent (e.g., different vintage than ordered)
  • Bottle is leaking upon arrival
  • Illegible or missing label
  • Protruding or pushed cork
  • Missing or cut capsules
  • Low fill. When the viewable wine level in the bottle is more than 1 inch below the bottom of the cork.

For bottles damaged or broken in transit, you must file a claim immediately with the insurer or carrier that was used for the shipment.

NOTE: No requests for returns can be accepted or authorized more than three business days after delivery.

Order Cancellation Fees

Orders may be cancelled at any time before confirmation of shipment —   a $15.00 cancellation fee will be charged.   Orders cancelled after notice of shipping (email of the order with tracking number) will be charged a $25.00 processing fee plus freight charges.

Refused Deliveries

Orders not authorized for return or cancellation will be charged a $25.00 processing fee plus freight charges if refused at delivery.
