Produced from the meticulous process of refining a rich and balanced dark molasses. Artisanal distilling ensures an exacting rum spirit that appreciates our proprietary aging process.
The elevated spirit in the AnĢejo Rum is very well incorporated and not the slightest bit aggressive. Aromas of caramelized sugar and vanilla. Rich mouthfeel with great acidity and a forward sandalwood spiciness. This rum blankets the palate with wood spice, caramelized sugar, and roasted nuts.
